    Who Is Eligible for JUMPSTART THE LSAT (JLSAT)?

    College Juniors (Seniors & Post Grads) who plan to apply to law school can participate in JLSAT. All students will benefit from this workshop including students who have previously taken the LSAT and wish to improve their score.

    What Is JLSAT?
    Intensive 1-Day workshop helps participants understand the importance of systematic and timely preparation for the Law School Admission Test (LSAT).

    Where: 
    On location at the campus of the hosting law school – details will be provided upon registration. Average workshop time is 9am-4pm ET

    WORKSHOP curriculum - LEARNING MODULES

    Jumpstart the LSAT is an intensive one-day workshop designed to provide college juniors (seniors and postgraduates) with an immersive experience to prepare them for LSAT success. Student who are planning on re-taking the LSAT will benefit from the workshop as well.

    Workshop Agenda:

    Practice LSAT Examination
    Students will be administered a practice exam and an overview of how the LSAT is scored (the exam will be administered without the essay portion).  This session will be facilitated by test preparatory LSAT Instructors.

    Lunch/Break – Networking

    Overview of the LSAT and “Mini” Strategy Session
    Facilitated by test preparatory LSAT Instructor, this session will explore strategies for attacking questions on the LSAT and how the exam taker can most effectively manage their time in preparation for the exam.

    How to Select a Law School: Strategies and Competition
    This session will convey information to students about what the LSAT measures how LSAT scores factor into admission decisions; and how prospective applicants can use various tools to help select law schools to which to apply.  LSAT Instructor/s will facilitate this session.

    Mock Admissions Committee
    Students will have the opportunity to view summaries of actual law school applications, discuss the strengths and weaknesses of each and learn what admissions professionals say about the applicants and their applications.  The goal is to help students appreciate the competitive nature of law school admissions by understanding that their applications will always be evaluated in comparison to those submitted by other students.   This session will be facilitated by, dean and directors of admissions office.

    Eligibility: College juniors, including seniors and postgraduates, who plan to apply to law school are eligible to participate in “Jumpstart the LSAT (JLSAT).” We welcome students who have already taken the LSAT and wish to improve their scores.

    Workshop Description: The workshop is an intensive one-day program designed to emphasize the significance of systematic and timely preparation for the Law School Admission Test (LSAT).

    Location & Schedule: The workshop takes place on the campus of the hosting law school, with specific details provided upon registration. The average duration of the workshop is from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM ET.



    “Jumpstart the LSAT” offers a valuable opportunity for college juniors and other eligible participants to gain hands-on experience and guidance to excel in their LSAT preparation, a crucial step in their path to law school admission.
