(CLEO), is proud to announce the Minority Corporate Counsel Association (MCCA) as this year’s premier Pre-Law Summer Institute (PLSI) sponsor. MCCA has generously provided funding for CLEO’s flagship program PLSI for another year, directly creating opportunities for more students from underrepresented backgrounds to participate.
The National Conference of Bar Examiners (NCBE) and the Council on Legal Education Opportunity, Inc. (CLEO) have announced that the two organizations are extending their partnership for an additional three years. The partnership, currently in its sixth year, provides assistance for students from underrepresented communities throughout law school and as they prepare to take the bar exam, with the aim of supporting increased equity and access in the legal profession.

In 2021, Falk joined Truth Initiative as general counsel. Truth Initiative is a nonprofit organization dedicated to ending tobacco use. In this role, Falk is responsible for providing legal advice and counsel to the organization. He is also involved in developing and implementing Truth Initiative’s legal strategies.
