CLEO is the nation’s preeminent legal diversity pipeline, we prepare students from traditionally underrepresented backgrounds to attend law school and bring much-needed diversity to the legal profession.

CLEO’s influence is wide-reaching as those who have gone through our programs serve as members of Congress, judges at every level of the judiciary, partners at the nation’s top law firms, general counsels in Fortune 1000 companies, and agents of change in communities across the country.

CLEO's summer 1L preparation programs. Students are fully prepared for their law school experience and beyond through PLSI, our premier 6 week residential and online 1L preparation program, and AIE our virtual 1L preparation training course.

All Student Levels

CLEO Law School Application Services include: Personal Statement Review, Resume Review, Application Readiness Consultation (ARC), and CLEO Application Review (CAR). You’ll work one-on-one with one of our expert CLEO professionals.

All JD Graduates who have participated in any CLEO program or workshop

CLEO Alumns who are ready to take the Bar Exam are invited to participate in the CLEO Bar Prep Program and are paired with our expert CLEO Alumni professional mentors.
