wenty-six years ago, Brigadier General Ronald D. Sullivan began his impressive career after he earned his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Howard University and was commissioned as a Second Lieutenant in the U.S. Army in 1993. In the summer of 1993, he matriculated at the CLEO Six Week Summer Institute (now the CLEO Pre-Law Summer Institute) at the University of Richmond School of Law.
